Remodeled....Beautiful 3 bedroom/2 bathroom ocean view condo located on the 3rd floor in Kingston Plantation right on the BEACH! Gated beach community, parking deck, close to lot of amenities.

Right on the BEACH! Professionally decorated with a fully equipped kitchen with granite counters, stainless steel appliances, washer and dryer. Flat screen TV's in every room. Spacious balcony for lounging or eating with a view of the ocean, beach, pool, and famous Myrtle Beach pier. Towels and linens are included in your stay.

Private balcony overlooking the pool and direct oceanview. Private entrance to the balcony from the master bedroom and family room. Enjoy the ocean while relaxing inside or out.

Full equipped kitchen. Kitchen island.

Your condo is a dream location located on beautiful Kingston Plantation a gated 140 acre oceanfront community with fresh water lakes for viewing and fishing, golf across the street, walking trails, quiet beach, lush landscape a Hilton and an Embassy Suites on property with nightly entertainment and restaurants and bars.

This private residence is located within the beautiful private gated beachfront community of Kingston Plantation. It is a 145-acre master planned community, nothing less than spectacular! Complete with 23-acres of freshwater lakes, surrounded by beautifully manicured grounds and above all only steps to the 1/2-mile of wide, white sandy beach.

During your stay, our guests will have access to multiple pools (one dedicated to the Brighton building, located outdoor at the complex along with a hot tub), and a Kingston Plantation Master Association pool, Windemere by the Sea.

Right next door is an Embassy Suites Resort, guests are more than welcome to enjoy Starbucks or the newly completed Black Drum Brewery. A short walk to the brewery with indoor and outdoor seating. Outdoor seating welcomes you with many fire pits to grab a drink to relax, along with a large patio for your enjoyment. Indoor or outdoor whatever you enjoy, allows for a beautiful view of the ocean.

Great spot for your next getaway!

We needed a place last minute and this large beautiful spot was available! Upon arrival everything was clean, just as pictured, and very convenient! You got great views of the ocean, convenient walk to the pool and beach, and steps away from a delicious restaurant! I would highly recommend this condo for singles, couples, and families. Great spot in the heart of Myrtle Beach and great stay!

We LOVE Kingston Plantation properties. Our rented condo at Brighton Tower was beautiful, well furnished and central to everything. The new pool area was fabulous! Can't wait to come back.

We love this location! It is our preference while visiting Myrtle. My hubby fishes daily from the nearby pier and I soak up the sun on the beach. Unit was fine and met our needs.
