Free Attraction Ticket Program - All Oceana Resorts guests are provided with a package of tickets from local partners. The program offers one free ticket from up to three partners per reservation, and additional tickets are available to purchase when the free tickets are redeemed. Children's Activities - This program is available at Carolinian Beach Resort, Patricia Grand, and Bay Watch from mid-June through mid-August. Activities include shark tooth hunts, crafts, pool games, and more!Snowbird Activities - This program is available at Carolinian Beach Resort, Patricia Grand, and Bay Watch each winter from early January through mid-March. Nice property good house cleaning room as it should be…..pools cleaned daily….Dog friendly property and some pet owners do not think the rules apply to them and no one they seems to want to enforce the rules…..and no one enforces the rules against smoking and vaping…..or the smoking pot

Was great…but

The room is as advertised and the location is pretty great. Everything is a quick Uber ride away. The view from the room is breathtaking. Housekeeping is a tad aggressive, people pushing food flyers thru the door all day is annoying and wasteful. The bed surely needs to be changed or flipped since the mattress sinks a bit. But all in all lovely room, nice desk staff, would stay again.

The property is as advertised. Great location . Only issue I had was with the 10 digit unlock code. I was apparently pushing the buttons too firmly and had to keep starting over. A maintenance worker assisted and helped me realize the issue .

Good room

This was a nice room, but it had not been fully clean as there was still soap scum on the sink where a bar of soap had been left. Also, the elevator is shared with staff laundry carts and other staff needs. This causes delays with the elevator and limits how many guests can get on. They really need a service elevator for these carts and bins. The room was good for a long weekend getaway.

Things I loved about this hotel... Such a beautiful view this hotel has! Our view from our hotel room balcony was jaw dropping and was my favorite part! The staff are extremely friendly and help you when you need it. Loved how the the only thing we smelled walking into our room was cleaning products. This hotel has its own beach which they set up chairs and umbrellas on every morning for people who need them.. also it doesn't get very crowded which I enjoyed alot, also loved all the sea shells on the beach! Also love how the hotel has activities for the kids and dj on the weekends in pool area. Things I didn't like about hotel... Would have rated higher but there was a lot of things I didn't like. There was a makeup foundation stain on one of our pillow cases. There was what seemed like crumbs or tobacco pieces or dirt specks all ober in the bed underneath the quilt. Luckily we brought our own blankets/pillowcases so we slept on top of the quilt. The dressers had mold or mildew all over them from the air conditioning being on constantly I'm assuming so I couldn't put my clothes in the drawers. There was also mildew on ceiling in our bathroom and our shower curtain was full of stains. What bothered alot was when we went to use the pool, we started walking into it and noticed a couple cigarette butts floating in it along with other gross things that made us not even go swimming until they cleaned it the next day. We got drinks from the po bar earlier in the day and they were delicious! But then later on we got the same drinks but a different bartender and oir drinks barely had any alcohol in them at all! The thing that upset me the most out of everything was our dinner at the restaurant in the hotel. Definitely don't eat there, the food was soo blan and dry and priced high as a fancy steakhouse. When we ate there they were out of everything and our waitress didn't know what they had and didn't have. My chicken was so dry I had to ask for another one which was just burnt...But the staff was still very friendly about helping. Overall I would stay here again mostly because of the view and friendly staff
