"The photos do not match the property at all. I felt catfished by Expedia and the hotel. We arrived late in the evening to a room that had stains all over the carpet, a dirty shower, and an outdated room that did not match the photos in the advertisement. The pool had bugs and hair floating all over it as well. Would not recommend. "

"We have stayed here a lot in the past 30 years because it’s convenient for my family of 3 to stay in 1 room and have a kitchen. We were lucky that it wasn’t crowded (otherwise pools are noisy and packed). You have to get there on time for check in as we prefer certain rooms (upstairs and on the corner with only 1 neighbor). I must say I was disappointed when we were asked to do our own dishes and remove garbage and laundry ??? To help cleaning staff. They used to have check out @ 11 AM now it’s 10 AM and they charge for parking when it used to be free ?? I was not allowed a late check out even with my Bonvoy membership but we stayed until the cleaning people showed up (they never did !). We were there for 3 nights and not a single room cleaning or towel and bedding change :( not even a welcome call to check if all is well. Things have gone down here for the worst in the last few years."

"I was led to believe this was a hotel. Instead, it was a timeshare with very little amenities. Make sure and check the Westin hotels. There are three in Palm Springs Palm Desert and make sure and go to the resort if you want that hotel feeling. These are the villas which are more of a timeshare feeling."

"The location is the only good thing about this place. The room door get stuck and you can't get into your room. The front desk did nothing about it. The towels are old and crappy and they have 1 ply toilet tissue. The ice bucket is a one quart bucket. You have to get Ice 5 times per day. This place is not worth the money."

"The pool looked great, however swimming was not a priority of our trip so I can’t comment on the pool experience. The staff was very friendly, and everything was clean. But the inside of the hotel rooms was very basic. Almost like a larger motel bedroom. I know hotels in palm springs can be expensive but for what we paid here I assumed the rooms themselves would’ve been nicer. For context, we checked in on a Friday afternoon, and checked out on Monday morning, 3 nights, The total booking amount was about $685.00. "
