Silver Mountain Vacation Packages

Terrible. Hole in mattress.

This particular hotel was really tired and run down and lacked any attention to health and safety. They were very short on supplies like towels and pillows. It was clear they are short staff to pick up trash left about or to vacuum. Our room had crumbs and other filth all over the carpet. The towel rack fell off the wall, and the pictures were askew in their frame. It was the kind of hotel you wished someone just put a little pride into and they could have had some easy wins but honestly over priced and a huge disappointment for the brand name which i will now have to avoid. Another little example the juice machine in the breakfast room was broken. No sign to say so, so everyone tried it. So no juice, and low quality food options. Pity the owner is not investing here. I hope someone eventually saves this place from complete ruin.

Had a pool side room, was told the pool closed at 9pm , so we changed our whole plans to make sure we were able to squeeze in pool and hot tub time..... to our surprise many kids and adults were in the pool until 11 absolutely screaming, even tho it was "closed" for us ? Won't be ever returning.
