I stay here every year for the January Turlock swap meet. They price gouge for the swap meet. But it's the cleanest, safest place to stay that is close to the fairgrounds.

For this hotel being a Hampton it was quite lacking in my preference. My husband and I travel frequently due to sports and this hotel was lacking in comparison to other properties we have stayed at. - No microwave in rooms - Refrigerator was open when we walked into room - Our view was of homeless people (back of a store) - Bed was uncomfortable, pillows uncomfortable - Breakfast was such a let down. We made a plate, threw it away and left. No fruit, biscuit eggs and gravy waa tasteless and very lack of options. Breakfast was the biggest upset. Like I said we travel frequently and always stay where free breakfast is available. Will not stay there again. Definitely not worth the $200 a night we paid.

Our rooms don't have microwaves but there is one for guest use by the front desk. About our neighbors, we don't have control over our neighboring establishments and what they allow and don't allow on their property. We are very sorry our breakfast was not to your liking. We always strive for the best service and experience for all of our guests, our apologies for any inconvenience you may have experienced during your stay. We hope you give us another opportunity and visit us again in the future.

two comments on otherwise nice hotel (newer hotel, clean, near basic services and convenient location) 1) shampoo, conditioner & body soap dispensers in shower were empty -- didn't learn of it until already wet and in shower. error: house keeping messed up. 2) eggs & potatoes were cold & needed to be warmed in microwave, otherwise options for breakfast were ok & customary. stayed one night was there with family for a funeral service. we were on go with tight schedule, so disappointed that toiletries were not addressed until house keeping came in, after 8am. front desk should have had sample size soap & shampoo or other option to remedy situation. issue was addressed by time we returned from funeral service.
