"We enjoyed our stay at Latitude 40. We were comfortable and close (less than 1 mile) to our venue. There were a number of choices for a place to eat, as well as a nearby grocery store. There were good kitchen facilities and adequate cooking supplies. The host had provided coffee and tea choices and 2 different coffee machines (including a Keurig for both coffee and tea). And the host provided a basket with a good selection of snacks. We would consider a return visit."

"The house had a nice kitchen and living space and the bedrooms were big. The problem was there was no A/C. They did have a swamp cooler which worked nicely in the downstairs but the upstairs bedrooms were hot and stuffy even with windows open and fans blowing. The master bathroom had a window pointing directly at the neighbors house and the window was not adequately covered so we never used the shower and bathtub in that room.."

"We had a lovely time at Butte Mountain Resort this last weekend - cosy quarters, peaceful surroundings and as close to nature as you can get while not being entirely isolated (wi fi available for using the internet to find good trails). What an awesome place to stage our fourwheel and hiking adventure in the high sierra away from the crowds further south by Tahoe. Thank you!"
