The property, which is a mobile home, has all essentials. No frills and lacks charm, but good value. For our weekend at Lassen Volcanic National Park, it was perfect.

Very clean tiny home. Served our purpose very well since we just needed a place to sleep while in town. Would have been less comfortable had we spent more time inside as loveseat is very hard and small. Overall it fit our needs and the price was reasonable.
