The basement was so incredible that my kids didn't want to leave the house even to spend money. The kitchen was well stocked with top-of-line appliance. "This newly renovated, clean property is a great place to stay in Reno. We stayed while visiting our son at UNR. There was space for my two teens to hang out on their own while also having plenty of space to hang out as a family. We had everything we needed for our stay - the kitchen was stocked with necessities, the bathrooms had toiletries and plenty of towels."

"I planned a quick weekend trip with my husband and pup. I found this gem of a place and the pictures didn’t do it justice! The house was super clean and very comfortable. The backyard was massive and my dog loved it (there are dogs on either side, so if you have a reactive pup maybe not the best). The house is in a great location close to a lot of spots! Communication with Jessica was fast and she was very responsive. 10/10 would reccomend and will be coming back!"

"I feel like I wasn’t prepared for how nice this house is. The check in process was easy once I figured out the unlocking part. The kitchen is big and remodeled and the entire house was super clean. The ac and heater both work great. The master shower is great for couples who want to save some time and shower together or if you have multiple kids to bathe. They have a dog door in one of the bedrooms and the backyard has great lighting so I could see my dogs out there. The whole house is tile so...

"We came to Reno to visit family and celebrate a big birthday! We've stayed in this house before and chose to stay again because it it so comfortable and well-appointed. The owner has thought of everything that one might need to make the stay comfortable. Check in was a breeze and the neighborhood is cute and close to downtown. It's a great house and we would definitely stay there again!"

"The property was comfortable, clean, well stocked and had an easy check in - Ashleen even offered an early check in unprompted! There was coffee for the Keurig, small creamers, and snacks out for our arrival which was such a sweet bonus to an already great property. We were visiting friends in the neighborhood and this was great for two families (4 adults/5 kids) to share! Would have easily accommodated more people. Highly recommend."

"A small, but clean, comfortable place to stay. Conveniently close to shopping, grocery stores and freeway access. The door access code did not work properly the first time, but the owner is very responsive, and took care of it right away. Very nice!"

"It’s a mature building but clean inside. Samsung, LG and Kenmore Appliances, not you no make Walmart crap. The folks at the Desk at check-in were polite, helpful and professional. I’ve been spending one or two nights a year in Reno for the last seven years and this has been my most pleasant day. There are some real dumps in this town. The neighborhood is improving. The Park is GREAT and a 3 minute walk."
