A perfect "work from home" apartment space. Private entrance, comfy, & convenient. Spa style soaking tub. Queen Casper mattress, Washer/Dryer in Unit. Private fully fenced back yard. High speed Wifi & Roku streaming TV. Efficient Mini Split heat/cool. Fully stocked kitchen. Everything you need for an easy and stress free stay. We do allow 1 small dog with $25 pet fee.
This is an old house that has been converted to a Triplex. There are 2 other apartments in the building with separate entrances.

Please note we have a 1 pet max and charge a $25 pet fee. Exceptions can apply for an additional fee upon request. No cats.
The management team at Stay Rogue Co-Hosts is available should you need anything during your stay.
Just a block from downtown Medford this area mostly consists of young professionals who are away at work on weekdays. There are several older apartment buildings close by.
You'll have the whole apartment and back yard to yourself.
Charming vintage touches are a nod to the homes roots, mixed with modern elements the design is sophisticated yet homey. This 1920s home was recently remodeled into a triplex. This unit is in the back with a private entrance and fenced back yard with picnic table all to itself.
Car recommended. Uber and Lyft are available as well.

Cute vintage
Unit had everything we needed. Air conditioner works great, washer/dryer, and fenced yard for our pup. Queen bed was comfy. Close to downtown Medford.
