Aucun retour de l’hôtel sur ces différents incidents qui sont pourtant très graves malgré leurs belles promesses lors de notre départ. Je n’ai jamais vu pire, cet hôtel ne mérite pas ses étoiles et beaucoup trop cher pour un service aussi mediocre. La plage était sale egalement avec des boulettes de goudron partout qui vous colle aux pieds! Une catastrophe absolue. On peut faire des erreurs mais ignorer le mécontentement des clients est juste inacceptable.
