Property was clean and well kept but I booked a suite with 2 queen beds for my family of 5. Upon arrival I got a king which cause 2 of my guest to sleep on the floor. The front desk person acted as if he didn’t understand what I was asking. Upon check out no compensation was offered.

Immediately upon walking in we were greeted by a friendly person checking us in. He was so cheerful and helpful. My kids loved the breakfast buffet in the morning and the heated pool. We loved the comfortable beds and the cleanliness of the property. There are tons of restaurants and stores in the surrounding areas and a quick drive to the beach. We chose this hotel for the suite option and we were so happy we did!

The General Manager and desk clerk Fabian were absolutely outstanding. We've own several hotels for years and wanted to tell the GM to fire Fabian because he was so outstanding, so we could hire him for ourselves. The whole staff was great as well. I recommend this hotel highly.

I stayed 4 nights at this property and I thoroughly enjoyed it. I gave a 4 star rating because as we were ending our stay and getting onto the elevator, there was a roach on the door frame. This was no "bug", it was a roach. This was the first sighting of any bug, roach or insect during our entire stay and we were literally checking out to head to the airport. Overall, the experience was great!
