"The location is perfect to jump on the subway or walk to many sites. Staff were friendly and helpful. Lots of food choices at Grand Central or around. We used our $15 credit in the Market every day but beware, the prices in that market are very high. We also found the street noise very audible (sirens, horns ) but luckily we were exhausted from touring all day and the beds were very comfortable, so we slept through it. "

"This place is in a perfect spot for a stay in midtown Manhattan. So many spots of interest are of walking distance, like Times Square, Central Park, Broadway shows, shopping districts, etc. If you’re looking for peace and quiet, this area is not for you. "

"Very friendly staff at check in during second shift and for valet service. He was multi tasking and kept smiling through it. The breakfast experience was average in the hotel restaurant and we were expecting a little more being in NYC. The only issue with the hotel we noticed was a customer pointed out an issue with the elevator not working properly. The view of the Empire State Building at night time was stunning from our room and made my mother’s evening! We would definitely stay here again. "
