"I mean, if you are staying in the Bronx, your expectations cannot be very high. Typical renovated, hotel in the 3rd World area of NYC. Staff were amazing!!! Room was OK. Not fancy, but decent sleeping. Think Motel 6 or Super 8 on a lesser budget. "

"Arleen and ms. Debra. Are wonderful patrons during breakfast. I enjoy my stay here. The housekeeping is superb! I always clean my room and throw out trash. I think they laugh at me for cleaning up lol. But they appreciate it at Sametime. Please come and enjoy your stay"

"The room was OK. The bed was hard and lumpy. The room had a stench about it and then other guest on the floor play loud music there was hollering and yelling all night long. Also, they say they have free parking. That is if the parking lot is not full and it only holds like 10 cars."

"The staff was incredibly kind- we got a room upgrade because of an electrical issue in our original room and the staff was wonderful and nice. Coffee bar was amazing- it was our favorite coffee place we went to the whole weekend. For people visiting the Armory- this location is extremely walkable and quiet. "

"The room was very clean, but they didn't have bottled water. The restaurant service was very bad; there was only one person working and you had to wait a long time for service. I ordered a hamburger and it tasted like plastic."
