"Nice hotel. Rooms were small, but I think that’s to be expected in NYC, but we didn’t spend hardly any time in the room anyways. Great location and friendly staff, would gladly stay here again."

"Finding my room and the elevators was difficult each time. The room was sparse, but surprisingly very clean. The lobby is busy and chaotic; the big slope at the front door needs a warning sign."

"Great location - near Central Park, Times Square, and some of the theatre district. For those places that weren't so close, there's a subway station right there on their corner and that'll get you most anywhere else you'd want to go. One negative comment, though, would be the cost of their food & beverages. A full breakfast will run you almost $50. Sure, you can pay for some of that with their resort fee, but it was you that already paid that fee, right? Two rather generic drinks in the bar and an appetizer in the bar were $70."

"I stayed for 5 hours overnight during an overnight layover when returning from travel abroad.. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. The confirmation email had no information about a shuttle and my text messages through the app went unanswered. When I arrived I was able to call to confirm the availability of a shuttle. The shuttle driver wasn't friendly and didn't respond to my greeting but he did get me to the hotel safely. The night staff were perfunctory and not friendly but they did their job to check me in."

"Would definitely recommend the POD Times Square. The location was terrific and our room was clean, comfy bed and wonderful shower. They offer free daily walking tours plus complimentary water refill and coffee in the little eatery near the lobby. It was a terrific stay and all the staff were very friendly as well!"

"We have stayed here several times before and we loved it just as much! The staff are very welcoming and helpful. The hotel is beautiful and the bars are unmatched. The location is wonderful for getting to restaurants or sight seeing. We will absolutely stay here again!"
