« The location is 20 min from downtown attraction. You can easily walk. The hotel room had a very bad smell et was very humid. There was plenty of ants on the floor in our room located on the 5th floor. We had not spare towels for 1 week and no cleaning is provided. The nice point is they provide coffee for free. « I traveled to NOLA on business and was located about 20 minutes from the convention center. Far enough out of town and close enough to get to all the city easily. The property is exactly as described in pictures. Gated parking, pool, snacks and drinks upon entering, partially stocked refrigerator, and incredible coffee station and selection. My invoming flight was delayed, and because of that my departure was also delayed which changed my check out date. This host accomodated this change quickly...

« This property definitely shows the uniqueness of your if you’re expecting shiny glitzy atmosphere like an if five star hotel it’s not here but if you want something unique comfortable that has every amenity you need for a comfortable stay and enjoyable atmosphere this is the place to stay. every room is different. Every patio is different. It’s just very very unique. »

« Place was clean except for stains in sink. I was given the incorrect door code but was able to resolve this with a quick call. Front door handle to exit was broken so I had to find an alternate route out of the building. (Staff member told me there wasn’t one.) Door handle was fixed quickly. Location was excellent and beds were comfortable. »

« The location is fantastic. The ceiling fan in the room didn’t work and we asked about that but never heard back. We were locked out for an hour one afternoon because the main door code had changed and no one told us. Other than that, we really enjoyed the location. You can walk to several coffee places and delicious restaurants. »
