"The Abita Springs Hotel was everything and more than I would have hoped for. It's in a great location but still still and seems secluded. Old feeling but new and fresh in appearance and even smell. Love the details of cloth napkins, real glass and ceramic wine glasses and coffee mugs as well as plates and silverware. As beautiful or even more so the the online pics. A great room and exceptional bathroom with amazing tub and shower. Michelle was also a delight upon out arrival."

"From the moment we checked into the moment, we checked out the entire hotel was absolutely horrible checking in with a headache. They had two women there carrying on a conversation and there was three people in front of me instead of them splitting up and checking out separate people they’d rather carry on the conversation and only one person was working then we got to the room. It was dirty then in the morning the breakfast is not ready. It said made to order you had to sit and wait and then they told me to go get my money back because they didn’t have enough food. We’ll never stay here again."
