Location was key to this group and the Chair Lift Lodge hit the mark. Prime location, every amenity we could need and plenty of space. « Home was very close to everything. Besides the fireplace not working (not a big deal) it suited 9 of us just fine. Large kitchen and dining area is where we spent most of our time. Plenty of room and kitchen well stocked. »

« We had a get together for a friends weekend at this place. Lots of sleeping areas for a large group, great outdoor deck and yard area for being outside, and prime location to walk downtown and enjoy Ellicottville! »

« We had such an amazing time here. The accommodations were so relaxing and comfortable. We played games, watched movies, hiked, fed the fish in the pond, played pool, made s’mores over a bonfire, played with the dogs and even tried to fly a kite unsuccessfully. Then we experienced the eclipse at a local event and had a blast. This is an amazing place to do whatever your heart desires! »

« Stayed for a 4 day weekend get away at end of April. It was the off season so it was super quite and very peaceful. The town house was a great size with plenty of space, the stream running right next to the property was perfect to sit by and the hot tub was amazing. »

« This condo was a perfect spot for our long weekend of skiing. The easy walk to Sunrise lift is maybe three minutes, and there is never a line at that lift. The view of the slopes is great, and the unit is nicely updated. We enjoyed relaxing next to the electric fireplace every night. We would gladly stay here again! »

« The townhouse was beautifully appointed and well-maintained and backed up directly to the slopes. We weren't visiting during ski season, but rather to observe the 2024 total eclipse, and the back deck was a perfect venue to do so. The nearby town of Ellicottville is so quaint with a variety of unique shops and nice mid-range dining options. I would definitely recommend it as a quiet refuge to relax and recoup. »

« we spent 3 days here , the place was very quiet and very clean , we had everything we needed , we loved the pond and watching the coy fish , also loved the firepit , we spent the whole time outside , we were very close to town wich was nice to go shop and have lunch , the host and cleaning crew were awesome , very friendly , i recommend this place for sure »
