"Me and my friends were going here for a weekend getaway with some friends and the host christian went ABOVE and BEYOND for me. We went from another app to here because the other one would not let me book, to here, and he worked everything out with me and was so quick with the responses. Truly, everything was amazing aboht this experience. From before checking in, to during the weekend: house was in immaculate conditions, amenities were incredible. "It's a beach front apartment so you want to go to the balcony, right? but the balcony has a sign that says "for your security, this balcony needs to be closed at all time". When I asked the front desk, they said I could use it. But then, part of the ceiling of the balcony fell off. I have pics of everything. They told me to call the manager to report this but nobody answers and the voicemail is full."
