Beautiful outside area to relax with our morning coffee! We caught the Hollywood water taxi at Margaritaville’s stop on the inlet. Just a half hour walk from this property. Next time we will bring our bikes but had we wanted to rent some we could’ve done that along the oceanfront walkway. Very clean. The only thing I was missing was a Keurig coffee maker, but we figured out how to make coffee using my Curb pod in the coffee pot provided. Very clean! The location was perfect as it close to everything we needed, yet peaceful and relaxing. The beach was extremely close and made it easy with the kids. This property is advertised as being able to accommodate 6 guests- LIES. This place is so small it can only possibly accommodate 4 guests; so much so, that upon entering the home there is a posted sign from the city of Hollywood a beach that there is a max occupancy of 4 people permitted. Additionally, the house DOES NOT have direct beach access, you must go out the front door and walk down the street in order to get to the beach. After realizing we were deceived, I reached out to the property owner to inform him we would not be staying at the property because it is too small to accommodate my family of 6\. He was not pleasant in the phone, however ultimately stated that we could find a new place and he would refund ALL our money. Well after we received no refund, my husband contacted the owner and he stated “ he will not refund us our money”. My husband asked him why he lied to us. His response was that: “ I guess I’m not an honest person”. We have been going back and forth with Vrbo in order to get our refund. I highly recommend you do not stay at this property.
