We are minutes North from South Beach’s famed clubs & restaurants, and a couple of miles South from The Shoppes at Bal Harbour and Aventura Mall. However, the best part of this location is the beach front access, just a walk downstairs. Building amenities include: swimming pool, gym, spa(by appointment) and tikki bar open 7 days a week as well as restaurant open on weekends from 8am to 1pm. 2 Beach and pool chairs per suite are included based on availability . Each unit comes with a kitchen including a dishwasher, oven and a microwave. When I asked the front desk, they said I could use it. But then, part of the ceiling of the balcony fell off. I have pics of everything. Clean and easy beach access. Beautiful ocean view. Staff was friendly and host was responsive. One thing to note when booking is that you may not get the exact unit pictured however the other unit still had the ocean view just not a corner unit.
