"We didnt actually end up staying in this hotel as there was a leak in our room so we were moved to the mecure heathrow. The service in the mecure was awful, staff uninterested in guests and more interested in their phones. The 2nd night we were kept awake most of the night due to loud music. "We picked this property because it was located walking distance to the train so we could train into London (instead of drive). Although it was fairly clean, it was older than we expected and poorly stocked. We ran out of toilet paper and had to go buy some and the kitchen didn't have enough of anything from cutlery to kitchen utensils etc. There wasn't even enough cutlery and dishes for our family to eat at the same time.
