« We loved staying at one the Fixer Upper houses. Everything we needed was available. The neighborhood was a little disappointing but we all felt safe. The backyard was nice for our youngster, but some overused toys and other items could be removed. Fresh paint is needed on the front porch and back door. »

« Perfect stay for a family of 5 with a dog & cat! House was exactly as pictured and extremely clean, you would never know pets are allowed in the house. Beds were comfortable which included a comfy roll-a-way bed as well. Although we did not utilize, the kitchen was nice and seemed well stocked. Big yard, perfect for dog to run around in. Something that came in helpful was the basket of medicines/first aid that I found by accident in the bathroom cabinets but low & behold we had a unexpected...

« Cutest place with huge Primary bedroom upstairs. Note there is a spiral staircase to that room so someone staying up there should be able to navigate steep stairs. However, there are three good sizes bedrooms downstairs! The home is perfect for a group to gather. We felt safe in the older, partially renovated neighborhood and walked a little over 2 miles to Magnolia. »

« Everything about it was pitch perfect. We loved staying in such a quiet and beautiful setting. It is still close enough to do anything in Waco. The property is walking distance to the Homestead Heritage and we were there during the sorghum festival. I’d definitely recommend checking it out. »
