Just minutes from I-35, McLane Stadium, Baylor University. This house has been fully remodeled in the past two years with a well stocked kitchen, and 2 bathrooms. Bedroom #1 has a Queen bed and Bedroom #2 has 2 twin beds.
Coffee, linens, gas grill and wi-fi provided. Location to grocery stores, shopping and everything downtown Waco has to offer is just minutes away.
The extra sleeping space in the living area is a futon and is best suited for children!
Backyard and Pets:
The huge, private, fully fenced backyard is your private sanctuary when the
weather is nice. Well behaved and vaccinated dogs are welcome to join you with nonrefundble pet fee.

your return visits. City of Waco has an ordinance that does not allow events or parties at our short term rentals. Violation can cause us to lose our permit to operate. Thank you for understanding and complying with this ordinance.
