If you are a local resident, please contact the hosts before booking 2\. This home has many light colored pieces of furniture (couches, chairs, rugs, bar stools)- please be EXTRA careful to not eat or drink on these. Any stains will result in an additional cleaning fee or replacement of the piece at guest expense. 3\. Guests must acknowledge that they will keep their noise level to a minimum after 10:00 pm 4\. No parties or events allowed 5\. The home is on a septic system, please make sure that only toilet paper is flushed. 6\. No canopies allowed on upstairs decks 7\. No pets are allowed. If one is on property you forfeit your right to any deposit and will be forced to check out early with no refund. 8\. Guests must provide us with a valid working phone number & guests listed on the reservation must report to us within 2 hours from the time of arrival if anything in regards to cleanliness does not meet their standards so we can help address the situation as soon as possible. 9\. NO SMOKING or use of fire permitted in the rental (or fireplace). Guests must acknowledge that no "smoking" includes the use of vape pens and marijuana and "use of fire" includes the lighting of candles, incense, or sage. There will be a $200 charge per day of reservation if this rule is not followed. 10\. There can not be any more than the allowed number of guests in or on the property at any one time; a violation could lead to the immediate removal of all guests without a refund 11\. Late check-out fee of $50 (if not authorized) applies for check-outs after 11:00 am. We're sorry we have to charge this, but we pay our housekeepers based on the agreed-upon checkout time, and if they are unable to clean, we still have to pay them. 12\. We will place a small deposit hold on your credit card the day before your arrival to cover any accidental property damage that may occur, and it will be released after you check out. 13\. Guests who make reservations for over 30 days must sign our standard lease agreement and agree to a background check before check- in (it will be provided before check-in). 14\. Excessively dirty units will incur an additional cleaning fee and will be evidenced with photos. 15\. For your security and protection, the property is equipped with exterior cameras. 16\. Please remember to take all of your belongings with you upon checkout. Any items left behind will incur a $30 mailing fee (separate from the cost of postage). We will do our best to send your items back to you within a week. 17\. The check in and out were very simple! The house was furnished with everything we needed. The kitchen was perfect as well as the bathrooms. The house was beautiful! The furniture and all the amenities were so up to date. Each bedroom was a perfect fit for my family. The living are was so nice for us to gather in to talk and watch TV. The best part of the dining/living area was the view of the lake! It was perfect! We had such a great time. The view is amazing and we just loved our time there. The hosts were great to work with and really accessible. We had the smoothest check in and check out process I have ever experienced. The only slight feedback I would give is that in some places the floor was a little weird, but really it was the best place to stay ever! Easy 5 stars!!! ##### Dallin H.
