GUESTS WILL NEED TO NOTE THAT DURING A WARM AND DRY SUMMER WATER LEVEL DROPS IN FRONT OF PROPERTY FROM MID JULY THROUGH MID AUGUST REACHING ABOUT KNEE HIGH. RIVER GETS DEEPER PAST THAT POINT ALLOWING BOATS TO BE USED. BOTTOM OF RIVER IS SANDY WITH STONES IN SOME AREAS. WATER SHOES ARE A MUST.

This property overlooks a calm river - Boulé River. It has a private entrance and measures a few acres making it feel very private.
Outside features at this property are : hot tub open year round, canoe and life jackets provided, fire pit area near river, 2 large decks with patio furniture, propane BBQ and fire table on main deck.
