We have gone to this hotel many times because the rooms and grounds of the hotel are very nice for the price and it is situated in a great place. While it is clear that the hotel is having some staffing issues, we will continue to have a good amount of interest in staying there!

Perfect location nice room with fireplace. Front desk very helpful. Thank you! Only thing is to mix hockey team s with reg customers is very noisy and we less enjoyed the place.

The room i was staying in, in the Chateau section, was a little dated and the bathroom (jacuzzi tub/shower combo) had mold and was in need of being updated to a more modern, stylish and functional shower.
