Decent hotel. Got upgraded to a better room for free. Clean, smells good. Renovated rooms is a plus. Well stocked room with towels and microwave and coffee maker. Too bad the restaurant was closed.
The fireplace outside is a very cool and unique feature. the pool was amazing for our kids, and the staff were absolutely delightful. Our room was spotless and ready on time, with easy access to our vehicle through the locking glass door. Staying again soon!

This is in a good location just off the highway. It’s a nice building, comfortable pillows, clean room. The staff were polite. I forgot my sunglasses and I emailed and called the next day but no one responded so that was disappointing. I was making a long haul drive and it was a good spot to stop. I liked that there was a small fridge in the room.
Staff service was poor upon arrival. Room service was an hour late and were rude when we called after 40mins past arranged time. Facilities are lovely but customer service is very poor.
Did not receive any VIP perks even though hotel advertising states I was eligible.
