"L'hôtel est bien en soit, mais nécessiterait une petite cure de rajeunissement, principalement dans les aires communes intérieures (pour l'extérieur, ça allait). Un élément qui a été source de désagrément est que les murs entre les corridors et la chambre sont mal isolés. On pouvait entendre les conversations dans le couloir comme si les personnes étaient présents dans la chambre. On était aussi en mesure d'entendre les chaises qui grincent au mouvement dans une chambre d'à côté. L'hôtel était bien, mais j'étais trouvé le prix payé un peu plus cher que ce que la qualité de l'hébergement était"

"L'hôtel 4 saisons de Orford est magnifique. Situé à flanc de colline, il offre une superbe vu du toit terrasse. Petits points négatifs. -Les stationnements sont petits pour un hôtel, donc oublier les gros VUS. -Notre chambre se situait du côté authentique et la portes de la chambre ou celle de la salle de bain, difficile à ouvrir. -Le ventilateur dans la salle de bain ne fonctionne pas. -Au niveau services, les femmes de chambres sont arrivées à 15h30 dans la chambre. Les points positifs -Lit confortable et chambre spacieuse. -Belle piscine. -Il y a également une salle de jeux (table de billard, babyfoot, sofa avec films DVD) -Le Burger Pub l'ambiance est géniale. Bière et nourriture est bien. Buffet déjeuner au bistro très bien aussi."

"Un séjour absolument parfait ! Dès notre arrivée, nous avons reçu un accueil chaleureux, empreint de douceur et de bienveillance. On a pris le temps de bien nous expliquer les lieux ainsi que les différents accommodements, ce qui nous a immédiatement mis à l’aise. Tout ce que nous avons découvert nous a plu dès le premier instant. L’endroit est calme, reposant et magnifiquement situé en pleine nature. La chambre était impeccable, très propre, et le lit ainsi que les oreillers étaient d’un confort exceptionnel. Tout est pensé dans la simplicité, tout en étant pratique et agréable. Nous avons adoré notre expérience du début à la fin. Nous retournerons assurément séjourner à cet hôtel et en profiterons de nouveau pour nous gâter avec l’expérience thermale du Balnea Spa. Un immense coup de cœur : nous avons tout aimé ! Ketsia Et Philippe"

"Knowlton is a beautiful town, with lots of shops and restaurants to explore. The downfall is if you are staying Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday a lot of the shops are closed. Home of famous author Louise Penny was the reason we stayed here on our trip. She has opened a cafe and bookstore where you can buy Three Pines merchandise. After our departure we headed to Virgin Hill Coffee for delicious coffee and a breakfast croissant. It is about ten minutes away from the inn on Chem. Lakeside. Definitely worth a visit. The inn itself is quite historic, as were the beds and rooms…very small. However, there is a games/coffee room you can go to which is equipped with a kettle, coffee, tea, etc. There is also a large lovely common balcony you can take your own drinks to. We will definitely return to Knowlton!"
