Belleayre Views!
We, five adults and five children, enjoyed our stay at the cabin the three adult bedrooms have extremely comfortable beds, while the downstairs offered a separate place for the kids to have some separation the morning views of Belleayre were definitely the highlight while enjoying a cup of coffee the upstairs open kitchen/living/dining area fit us all comfortably A perfect ski weekend getaway with only a short drive to the mountain!

Great house
House is very nice and the views are amazing. The house definitely needs a full cleaning (move all furniture and clean). They also need to update some of the lighting. Overall great place just a few small issues.

The Home perfect for our group, Great views
being the first to arrive my wife and I spent two hours cleaning before the rest of our family arrived. The floors were dirty, refrigerator was filled with food items and flies. The place looked as though evolve management was expecting guest. There were no wash cloths for bathing. the placed smelled of "DOG" especially the lower level, although they do not allow pets?? there was a huge dog crate in the closet??? After cleaning we had a blast, we made the best of our stay. the property is not well equipped for large groups as far as plates, silverware, towels, glassware or dining space. need a table on the upper deck for outdoor dining, we had a group of nine and couldnt all eat together.

What a view!
We had a fantastic November weekend at this beautiful home! The views out these windows are reason enough to make the drive. 3 hour drive from Nassau County, Long Island, perfect for a weekend getaway in the woods. Property manager was excellent and quick to respond to any questions. We will be back!

Great views!
This home is a perfect Getaway for any season! The views are spectacular and the space is very inviting. I loved the office space they have. The views made doing work on vacation much more enjoyable. The deck is very large and great for groups to hang out and we got to see some bears while having our morning coffee out there. The neighboring town of Phonecia had a great diner for breakfast and lunch. We also thoroughly enjoyed their steakhouse, the Phonecian. Another perk of the home was that the entire downstairs was an in law suite. It had its own kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and entrance. Which is great during the pandemic, because you could have friends come with, and still socially distance yourselves when indoors. I would add though, the only tv is the one in the basement. The only reason I didn’t give this 5 stars, was because we did run into some issues (I.e cleanliness of home and plumbing issue downstairs) when we first got into the home, but the host was quick to respond and attend to those issues.

Good location for larger parties
House had enough room for everyone between the main floor, downstairs apartment and loft upstairs. When we got to the house someone else who had their dates for their trip confused was already in our house with their party. So we had to call the property manager to get them to leave. It wasn’t a bus issues though and doesn’t reflect the property or the property manager other than the fact that I think they should switch out the key pad code between visitors so other people don’t have access to the house. Location was okay, about 15min away there was some super markets and stores. We would definitely stay again if we had a larger party with us!
