"Clean"

"Very clean, all linens white. No smells, stains, sounds, or surprises in the hotel or the room. Good wifi, good tv, fridge and microwave were helpful. All staff were helpful and friendly. Lots of breakfast options (if you like waffles take your own syrup). Great in room heater/air con. Good big desk to work at. "

"Room was nice. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. This was my first time experiencing snow and it was a lot of it, but the lobby was always warm and cozy. The hot tub and heated pool was a plus."

"Staff was very nice and helpful to provide us with what we need for our kids. Room is clean, pool is clean with extended breakfast hours. It's a bonus if there is a hot tub, but overall we are satisfied and will come back! "

"Room was clean and comfortable, pool and hot tub were lovely, desk staff were kind and smiley. The only potential issue would be that the walkway wasnt shovelled - early morning fine, but it was after 10am. That's a liability in the making. "
