« Overall, very good. The staff (front desk, bar & restaurant) was excellent; professional and friendly. Hotel is new, so it was fresh and clean. Good meals from Recess, and sitting in the outside bar with a beverage was very pleasant. Location is convenient to Powell’s Books and other shopping, restaurants. « This was my first time to Portland. Everything was excellent. The bartender (Gabe) was a great as well! He sold us on some of the amazing items off the menu for dinner. The food was spectacular by the way. Definitely took the time to share some cool stories and recommend some amazing local places. I would come back again for sure with staff like him. « Liked that there wasn’t carpet in the room, felt more sanitary. Will say there was a teeth whitening strips case stuck to the counter which made me feel like maybe not thoroughly cleaned and then chair had a screw or something pop out that stabbed my boyfriend in the butt when he sat. Staff was lovely though and great location. Food at the restaurant was surprisingly good as well! »

« Bel hôtel, personnel avenant et séjour agréable, avec un rooftop tres appréciable. Le problème, c'est le quartier qui apparaît comme peu sûr. Cette remarque est valable pour Portland en lui-même, un sentiment anxiogène lié a la présence de nombreux drogués qui marchent ou squattent dans les rues. Dommage pour cette ville »
