"Room and hotel were well decorated. Snug room is small, not an issue for comfort but there isn’t really a place to put your suitcase, especially if you have one bigger than a carry on. Analog photobooth in the lobby was a great touch! Staff was very kind and helpful, and the upstairs restaurant was great. If you don’t want to use the valet for parking, there’s an outdoor lot one block away, (24 bucks a day as opposed to 60 bucks overnight for valet) just don’t leave anything in your car."

"Best idea was to make a reservation at this fine establishment. The Rose Festival parade was going on during this time. The general manager reached out to remind us to check in early. This was great communication and resulted in a fantastic evening. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The elevator was inoperable due to someone vaping in it. That definitely made it challenging since my room was on the 10th floor. No worries, I got my steps in and all was well. Thank you for the memories. Great games, great service. Marc"

"The hotel is great, nice restaurant too. However parking is not nice. This is in downtown so parking is an issue. No attached garage, and the public parking spots had broken glass and homeless people laying there which was unsettling. We lucked out and found street parking in front of the hotel so it was easy to unload our luggage, and it’s free 8 pm to 8 am. If we had to park in the areas with all the broken glass I would have worried about my vehicle and not slept well. Staff was helpful. Hotel is very clean and nice."
