"Great views , just outdated rooms not bad just property seems a little old. But staff is amazing "

"The location of the hotel was ideal: very close to the ocean, shopping and food. The rooms were nice, but there were problems…the AC didn’t blow cold air and it was SO LOUD! The toilet ran the whole time we were there. Parking was definitely an issue, as in we almost could never park on site. When you first check in you initial all these different fines they might charge you for, some things that makes sense, but other things that were weird and random. Also on the door to your room is a sign to take out your own garbage, and clean your dishes or you’ll be fined. It didn’t make for a very welcoming feeling to think they were hoping to catch you doing something that would make you have to pay additional fees."

"Where do I start? Check in staff was not friendly. Property is really run down. Every little thing is an extra charge. Parking, resort fee, etc. No spa. Internet was okay. No bikes were available to rent. Air conditioner is right by the patio door, so you can’t close the blinds. So there is light that comes through all night long. Dirty bathroom. The whole room needs to be updated. Hidden fees were added to the bill as well. "

"Staff was very friendly. The rooms were spacious and we loved having a kitchen to cook in. Had a variety of activities, pool, volleyball, playground, etc. Overall a great stay!"

"It was very comfortable and convenient. We were able to park right below our unit the entire stay. We used the outdoor grill to BBQ. We also visited the pool. Everything was nice and the location was great 👍 "

"This place was a home away from home. Our rooms was nice and clean it was a little dated but the atmosphere was a vibe. We were greeted so pleasantly and they even gave my a bottle of wine for my birthday. We would definately give this place a 10/10 recommend review. The Big Island was a Vibe all by it's self, we loved this Island. "
