« Beautiful property in an exclusive neighborhood. House was everything that was advertised. Kitchen was modern with most modern appliances. The house is designed to give all rooms privacy with separation from living area. View of the pool was stunning with sunsets dead center. Pool tiles around steps need to be re finished as some are rough on edges. Pool water was a little cool to some guests. Beach chairs and toys was appreciated . Everyone had a great time »

« Excellent place. Close to everything. House is as described. Wake up every morning and watch the surfers and yellow tangs from the deck. Parking is a little tight but manageable. Found it hard to leave the deck. Amazing sunsets. Would book again. »

« We had an amazing stay at this property. Exceeded our expectations from the pictures online. We loved being able to hang out in the several lounging spots at the house, being able to walk the beach and tidepools directly in front of the home and easily walk to town. We didn't feel like we needed to leave the property it was so great. Mei, the property manager helped us immediately and gave recommendations. We would absolutely book again. »

« We stayed for three days and really enjoyed the neighborhood, park, and proximity to the ocean. The neighbors were the only downside. There was a massive party on our first night and so we were not able to sleep very well. Party was less than a second night and happily quiet on the third night. »

« The condo was well appointed and equipped with a comfortable and spacious master bedroom. The full-sized kitchen had condiments and spices for use. The patio was quite private, shielded with a tall bamboo hedge. However, that also made it feel a bit hemmed in with no view of grounds or scenery. The tree canopy attracted lots of birds for viewing from the patio, which was nice. I wish the patio grill was in better working order and there wasn’t an additional $25 cleaning charge for its use. « We enjoyed 4 nights in this condo. The condo was clean and neat, with lots of room for our 4 person group. The balcony had a great view of the water. It was a great base from which to explore the Waimea area and the Northwest coast. It was driving, not walking, distance to restaurants and other touristy activities. The Managers were very good and helpful and friendly. »

« We absolutely loved our stay! The house was 7 minutes to Keauhou Bay which was where our Manta Ray and Kealakekua Bay snorkel trip departed from. The house is also across the street from some of the best snorkeling we did on the island, we snorkeled at Kealakekua Bay (Captain Cook Bay) and a couple spots north of the airport and we still preferred the bay across the street. The rooms are private, the beds are comfy and the kitchen is so well equipped, plenty of cookware, plates and silverware....
