A. Improvement areas 1. A few check in issues -- phone did not work 2. room not cleaned after we went out at 10:30 am and came back at 3:35 pm - not cleaned 3. Chair leg had a broken plastic plug However all three issues were resolved promptly after telling hotel front desk staff -- though it does suggest a lack of supervision oversite for staff 4. Comfort Inn policy is one very tiny small bottle of soap ? for 2 persons -- either cheap or plain dumb -- need a min of 2 or 3 5. drapes are dusty and need to be cleaned front and back of waskroom door is "tacky - sticky" suggesting cleaning is only offered based on complaint B. Very well done items 1. Breakfast is well above average -- way better than most places 2. Parking is great 3. water pressure is great (though shower turn of tap could be repaired so all water goes to shower head and not to the drain 4. Sink drains well (tub is average drain -- should be cleaned) 5. Room size is good -- as reported on expedia 6. TV is good -- adequate channels 7. While we did not use the swin pool and gym, very happy that you have them Overall, I would recommend the comfort inn as the minor issues were minor and the positive items were actually quite good
