Hot tub was out of order, no book in the room with a list of restaurants, in order to take a bath, had to fill the tub with the shower head, 2 pillows per bed, about 6 working tv chanels, parking lot was not plowed and just a mess

Excellent staff. Friendly and always smiling or say hello. The hotel is dated and had an old smell (almost like Hrh old stale smoking smell) in the hallways but it was clean and quiet. It was what we expected. The pool / hot tub / sauna / gym were good. Again, it is what we expected. It was clean but dated. The beds were comfortable, the room was big enough, bathroom / fixtures but felt clean. Hot breakfast with eggs, sausage, bacon, pancakes, all kinds of breads and muffins toast, fresh fruit, juice, Coffee etc It was an inexpensive place to last minute. I know there were nicer, more updated places in the area but this was great. There were multiple families staying for a tournament and all had the same reaction - dated but nice.

Honestly, there was nothing about this property that was good. It is clearly unkept, the room was dirty, there was obviously no regard for a quiet time, the halls were loud well past midnight. There signs regarding smoking at the entrance.... yet people were consistently gathered smoking pot & cigarettes right at the entrance. While pet friendly I don't believe anyone picks up after their dogs and the property management could care less by looking around the yard. I've stayed at hundreds of hotels across north america and this was pretty well at the bottom.

This hotel was the worst I have ever been too. Bed sheets smelled dirty like body odour, the pool had too much chlorine and my kids got a rash. Bath tubs barely worked and were covered in rust, water stains on the ceilings and people partying in the hallway all hours. Do not go here!!!

When I arrived they tried to give me double beds instead of the queens I reserved. That room was at ground level and as a single female would have been very nervous to stay there. Once I asked for the queen room as I had reserved the hotel staff was annoyed and said she didn’t know if she had one. She stopped speaking to me and eventually without saying a thing gave me a new room. It was uncomfortable. The new room was pretty good, however they charged me more than what I was supposed to be charged at the front desk and because they were so rude and off putting I didn’t bother going and asking why, or ask for a refund etc. overall I would not stay there again unless it was absolutely necessary
