Disappointed with my meal in the restaurant - was not as tasty as before - I was last staying there about 7 months back. The waiter who served me in the restaurant was a bit unprofessional. I found the staff front desk not as friendly as before, either. Something has changed. It was just not the same. But in saying this, I would still stay there again as the rooms are great and clean!

Lovely hotel, with lovely staff and a very nice dining room. We had a suite that was roomy and very comfortable with a nice Harbour view. Room Amenities are very nice. There is a very nice boardwalk to walk right behind the hotel leading to the cruise terminal and shopping.

We had a large updated room with a nice view of the harbour. Beds were very comfortable. It was a quiet place to stay with good parking available in a secure lot beside it. The staff were friendly and efficient. We had two very tasty breakfasts at the restaurant in the hotel at a good price. The staff serving us breakfast was lovely! The Simon was right next to a great walk along the water.

The remodeled property and rooms are very fresh, attractive, and clean. We really enjoyed the breakfast on-site restaurant. The staff were friendly and helpful. A very good experience.
