"We stayed here for the first time. The rooms are definitely spacious and fit my family of 4 in it with plenty of space to move around. The staff were very easy to deal with although their was a language barrier with a few which made it hard but it wasn't a deal breaker. The rooms were clean, the coffee in the room was good and the pool was warm. Still wish they had a hot tub for us parents who needed a relaxation time. All and all I would highly recommend this place, we will book there again. "

"The staff was so sweet and amazing — truly incredible customer service! However, the hotel itself was just decent. There were hairs left in the shower, and even after paying extra for another guest, there weren’t enough towels in the room. The pool also wasn’t the greatest and definitely needed a deep clean. The tiles around the pool were extremely slippery and honestly felt like a safety hazard. The only saving grace of this hotel was genuinely the staff, because the amenities themselves were not great. I’d give this place a solid 6/10, and that rating is purely because of the staff and not the actual hotel itself."

"I would definitely recommend this hotel. The beds were very comfortable. Having the two queen beds and pull-out was perfect for our family. The staff were accommodating and helpful, responding quickly to a request for an extra blanket or wiping our table at breakfast, for example. The breakfast had a good variety of options and was tasty, but how it is served (in pots) was messy. The sliding glass bathroom door wasn’t ideal. It let light out when someone used it in the night and was hard to keep closed. The elevators were slow. But those are minor issues."

"The lady at check in time asked me if I was getting reimbursed from a company. When I said no, she asked if I paid cash, she would do $100 even. I said sure. When I pulled out the cash, she goes, “Oh, I’ll come to your room to get it. Immediate red flag. Paid in my credit card for $110. This sounds as crazy reading it as I’m writing it. I’ve stayed in hotels all over. This was a first… Lobby was dark. Only light on was the adjacent hallway. Staff in the morning was incredibly rude when I asked when breakfast was. Only good thing was the Bed- 10/10. So comfortable Shower- 1/10. Super strong pressure. Strong enough I was able to clean the hair previously left from someone on the wall and back of the tub The rest was brutal. Tv didn’t work."
