"The property was fine. The room was clean, amenities were good, breakfast was great. The hall carpet could be replaced. The odor in the building was heavy with Indian spices and vaping. My biggest issue was pick-up at the Toronto Airport. The Airport signs clearly say to go outside one specific door for hotel pick-ups - column 40 outside. I waited and waited & saw 2 of your vans go by in the far lane where I could not flag down the driver. I tried calling twice for at least 40 rings each before finally reaching the driver & was told to go to column 13. Nowhere was this communicated to me and his response was, "Call the hotel." I said, " I've been trying to do that for 45 minutes." You need to post this information on your site / Expedia as well. I was outside the airport by 11:30pm & arrived into my room by 1:15am. The check-in at the front desk went well; friendly staff."
