"I wasn’t pleased with the 20% guatuity when purchasing at the downstairs bar. My ticket went from $56 to $70 and was given a tip slip to tip again for take out service. Was not happy bc I felt robbed. I didn’t tip twice either. "

"Rooms were not clean. Lobby looks nice but rest of the property is outdated. Air conditioner didnt work in one room. Rooms down the hallway had water leaking into the hallway carpet. Asked for extra sheets one night and staff left them on the dirty floor outside the room. Lobby bar/restaurant/store very over priced and limited. "

"Amazing hotel, great ambience. Was greeted with hot tea and a hot towel. The on site restaurant was amazing. The car service is nice to have and who doesn’t love a ride in a Porsche? Rooms were stacked with everything, super clean. The lighting in the room was amazing with three modes. Bed was comfy and I wasn’t mad at the view. I didn’t hear any noise from the hallway, at all. Close to Lennox Mall and Phipps Plaza. Plenty of food options nearby, as well. Definitely worth the cost."
