The property was “super cute”, vibey, clean and staff was very helpful and polite. I definitely will book this hotel when visiting Atlanta. Only one complaint was them having a microwave in the room.

One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. It’s supposed to be hospitality business, not the get it your self business. Booked here based on experiences at other Hard Rock properties - this place doesn’t measure up at all. Property fit and finish, lack of service and lousy customer service top the list. No real restaurant and food served on paper plates and sheet pans with plastic forks - tip already included with no notice. Whole concept is based on no customer service and convenience for the hotel and staff, not the guest.

From the time I checked in to the checkout was outstanding. The staff were were very kind , friendly and knowledgeable. My room was cleaned very neat and whatever I didn't have they brought to me with a smile. I would definitely recommend the Reverb Downtown Atlanta.

This property is very nice, right downtown in a pretty nice area. The Ferris wheel is only a small walk away from the hotel. The staff were super friendly and the lobby was very welcoming. Definitely recommend visiting the bar!
