We did have to request linens for the pull out (would be nice if they were in the closet already), and we had to request hand soap for some reason, but the were very quick to accommodate our requests. I also had to complain about the noise upstairs, but they did not hesitate to send someone upstairs at 12:30am and they were also very willing to change my room the next day (didn’t end up needing to because the people above me checked out that morning). All in all- a positive stay!
