Overall it was a nice stay

From the moment I arrived, my stay at Hotel Phoenix Atlanta exceeded every expectation. What initially started as a stressful situation was handled with an incredible level of professionalism, kindness, and genuine care by the entire team. Rather than simply pointing me in another direction, everyone worked hard to make me feel welcome and valued while remaining thoughtful and respectful throughout the process. Once everything was settled, the rest of my stay was absolutely perfect. Every staff member I encountered was warm, friendly, and eager to help. The hotel was beautiful, the service was exceptional, and every interaction made me feel like a truly valued guest. It's rare to find a hotel where every single team member consistently goes above and beyond, but Hotel Phoenix Atlanta does exactly that. Thank you for making what could have been a stressful day turn into such a memorable experience. I will absolutely stay here again and will happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Atlanta.

I'm not a big complainer, but I'm disappointed with my stay overall. There were some staff members who were helpful, kind, and outgoing. I don't want to take anything away from them. They deserve recognition especially when they work in an environment where others around them aren't upholding a standard. The biggest let down was the fact the air conditioner in our room wasn't working, just blowing warm air while set to the lowest setting. I attempted to call and let them know via the room phone, but it also didn't work. So instead I had to sit in line downstairs for over 40 minutes to speak with an employee, she got maintenance to the room promptly, and he was friendly, and knowledgeable. He got the air to blow colder, but it still didn't cool the room. I ultimately had to go to the desk and requested a box fan which they delivered to the room before I made it back which was good, but I wasn't the only guest without air conditioning. I overheard at least 3 other guests complaining over this. Another big issue is the valet service, when paying $60 for overnight parking you expect exceptional service, and a secure garage. This isn't the case. They just park the car on the side of the building anyone off the street can access the car, and ours was left unlocked, which wasn't as big of a deal as they smoked weed in our car. When the brought the car this morning the putrid smell of weed was overwhelming and nauseating. I had to drive 2 hours home with this, and nowdaughter's toy

Great location great room and staff..but hotel bar and restaurant seemed under staffed. Overall great stay.
