Be careful around the bed. The metal legs are easy to stub your toe on more than once. Parking was tight during the day while the dentist office is open. The room is clean and efficient. Easy to enter the front door of the property but a ramp would be nice with luggage instead of stairs. Remind visitor to press the logo on the keypad of the room first in order to see the keys light up.

Room was clean but very small. While I was staying, there was a consistent knock at the door. I literally checked it twice and had to leave the door open just for it to stop. Also, very noisy. Outside of the flaws, it was a decent 1-2 night place to stay. Probably won’t book again though.

Check in was easy-plenty of parking but wasn't clear as to where we could park without fear of getting ticket or towed. The unit is older but spacious and had all the basics. The sofa seat center maybe broken as it was slumped in the center and we are small (barely 100 lbs) The bathroom was immaculate and towels were super lux (a nice surprise for this level of unit) we couldn't figure out how to use the air/heat system. But we were there only 1 night and just needed a place to lay down after 14 hours drive.

This is the most affordable place to stay in the area for sure. We came into town just to get passports and didn't want to spend an arm and a leg on a hotel and parking. Parking is free here. You get a studio apartment with everything you need too. The only thing not done were some dirty utensils the previous guests hid in the clean utensils, which was weird on the guest's part. I also left behind my favorite shirt in the closet and the management was kind enough to make sure I got it back. The restaurant right across the street is also excellent. I do NOT recommend Door Dash bc the driver's are terrible. Enjoy the free parking and go yourself.

Never received an email on check in process as there is no front desk. Had to call to figure it out. Parking is tight on weekday mornings when the dentist office downstairs opens. Claims of a queen size bed, felt more like a full size. Wall a/c units in bedroom and living room. Unit in our bedroom just blew hot air. Traffic is busy on the street out front, you will hear it all night unless you are in a unit further back from the street. That said, it isn't awful for a night or two. Lots of secuity cameras everywhere and a security door for the building itself. Not the worst or the best spot we've stayed at. Pizza joint across the street is fantastic!

The room was an old converted motel room. Nicely furnished. Clean. But not as advertised. No toilet paper. Bed was shabby and broken. Way too $ for the room. No amenities. Pictures made it look like a much larger facility. Not happy.

The room and area was nice. The location was perfect not too far from downtown Atlanta. The only problem I had was you couldn’t smoke on the balcony. Other than that it was amazing and I would definitely stay there again. And one more thing it wasn’t a TV in the bedroom.

The loft was very clean & priced fairly for the area. I will definitely book this loft again when I need a place to stay in Atlanta. Someone was always available to take my call & answer my questions. The check-in & check-out process was very easy.

Great property, great value. Visited Atlanta for a couple night's stay. Room was very clean, bed was great, more than enough space. A/C kept it nice and cool, plus, our room had a pedestal fan for that perfect level of white noise for sleep. Parking was well lit and had numerous spaces. Communication with staff during the whole process was excellent. Great value and we will be returning.
