« Husband, wife, and three small dogs enjoyed this South Pender cottage. For us the location was ideal - 2 min drive from restaurants and cafe at Poet's Cove and also close to great hikes by the ocean. We enjoyed using the propane BBQ and the dogs enjoyed the open yard and deck. The baseboard heaters kept us toasty in the cool nights and the bed was comfy with big fluffy pillows. Wifi is strong and reliable.Be aware that the host requests guests to remove their own garbage which you can dispose of...

« We had a wonderful stay at this peaceful and secluded cottage. The location was incredibly quiet—just what we needed to unwind and recharge. The cottage itself was spotless, with super comfortable beds that made for restful nights. Fiona, our host, went above and beyond—very responsive and thoughtful throughout our visit. We also really appreciated the many amenities, especially the breakfast items that were ready and waiting for us. A true hidden gem, and we can’t wait to come back! »

« I stayed here with my friend and three of her friends to celebrate her bridal shower and we had a blast! It was lovely to wake up to lake views in the morning, spending our days sitting on the dock and eating our meals on the patio, and at night we enjoyed cozying up to watch movies and play games.It was a short drive to the Kinsol Trestle for a small adventure and then into town for some ice cream before heading back to the cabin.I would definitely stay here again. »

« This cottage was so lovely—well equipped & so sweetly decorated. It was right on the bay where we were able to watch the seal, the osprey & eagles fish. The deer & her 2 fawn visited regularly. We had constant birdsong & calls. Hummingbirds also visited regularly. We went on daily walks/hikes. We were close to the grocery store, ice cream & Sturdie Bay Bakery (yum!). Definitely a wonderful vacation! »

« We stayed for 10 days at this spacious cabin. We spent much of our time in the wide room overlooking Village Bay. When the weather was right we moved to the patio. Sunsets were often special. We especially like the extra wide bathroom counter with plenty of room for our stuff. The kitchen was more than adequate. Mayne Island is a place to get away busy city life. »
