Property was ok. Beds were just ok. The issue is for $260 a night it wasn’t anything to write home about. Looked like the shower wasn’t cleaned. There was hair on the walls. The shower door wouldn’t open from the side you turn it on so you are forced to get blasted with cold water while it tries to heat up. Slight shifts in the shower me nob change the temperature from mildly warm to blistering hot. Honestly it was an ok stay just not worth the price. Staff was nice enough.

I was very comfortable staying here just up the road from Flagstaff for their graduation this past weekend. The rooms are more recently renovated with some wear and tear, but that’s to be expected. I like having the free breakfast that’s so convenient for me since I was meeting up with friends staying at another location. I highly recommend this roadside hotel for its friendly service and casual comfort.

All the towels had stains on them… we ordered new towels and even those has stains.. The front desk had the tv blasting and no one was watching …. our room was near the front desk and we could hear it all night!!

Carpet had foreign debris, a fingernail, coins, lint, stains. Bathroom had hair and something sticky stuck on the ground. A towel had dark brown stains. It was very noisy, could hear people talking, lots of loud footsteps. Lighting is unflattering and cold white illumination.

Ice machine broken. Obviously had been for some time. Walked to the gas station next door for a bag. Fortunately we had a cooler with us. The side door would not open with our key when we returned. Breakfast was average. Check in was fine but the guy could have expressed some sort of enthusiasm/interest in his job and our being there. We did like that it was off the beaten path, quiet and clean.

I did like it was outside of town but its in the center of a major truck stop so you could hear the trucks pulling in and out all night. The only food nearby was a McDonald's and Subway so not much there. The only ice machine on property was not working anf the breakfast lacked in a good amount of areas.

Snow weekend
The front desk staff was welcoming even though he got swamped with bookings during the holiday weekend. Truly appreciate his work and efforts to get us checked in quickly because we had a late check in and we were antsy to get some rest. I highly recommend this hotel as it comes with breakfast and the place was very clean. We had everything we needed.

We already had a reservation before a snow storm came through, and the hotel ended up filling up. This must have been stressful for the staff, especially the young man working the breakfast area.
