"The hotel location was great, for my concert. BUT the customer services was TERRIBLE. 1- I ask her for any type of book or magazine, to see what can I do around the area, and the answer with attitude WE DON'T HAVE MAGAZINES. 2- Sheets were smelling funny, so I requested another room. I was waiting for the key, until I called back and she told me that I need it to go downstairs and get it change room."

A verified traveller stayed at Club Quarters Hotel in Washington DC
"I only gave it a 4 because the room I selected was especially small and facing the generator. But, in fairness, this was graduation weekend and everything was sold out unless you wanted to pay $1000 plus for a room at the JW."
"Helpful staff. They were able to do an early check-in. The bag check the next day was convenient and speedy. Only a couple blocks from 2 metro stations. "
