« The hotel offers large and comfortable rooms right on the shore of Lake Seneca, at a walking distance from downtown Geneva. There are very nice lake views and access to a beautiful lake promenade. HOWEVER, the lack of staff can be felt throughout the facilities. Our rooms (my party had 3 of them) were never serviced, even though we asked three times to have fresh towels and coffee-making supplies. We had to ask at the desk for towels and supplies, but the promised room service never...

« The photos online are not representative of present condition of the property. Tub backed up terribly. Carpet and seating area had major stains. Bedding looked like it might not have been changed, after last room rental. There were several hairs in the bedding when pulling back sheets. Luckily, there was a second bed that seemed better. Add to that, the towels were clearly years old. One had a hole and loose threads hanging off of it. Overall, even for a budget motel, very underwhelming....

« Staff was friendly, parking was easy, and the room was clean and cool thanks to the AC. Other than that though, there wasn't much to this hotel. No patio or outdoor area to sit and relax, no restaurant, and the lobby area was small and not very inviting. The bathroom really needs shades, the sun was coming in hot and bright first thing in the morning in our east facing room. »
