"I have stayed at the CitizenM multiple times and it never fails to impress. Since I’m usually in town for business, I don’t need frills, just a clean, comfortable room. It’s super convenient, with multiple eateries right across the street and a CVS barely a block away. "
"This was very clean, well kept, exactly how it was described on the website, close to a meter station and bus stops. the ONLY downside was the liquor store on the corner that attracted lots of loitering close by and some homeless looking beggers that seemed permanent. was comfortable after dark and would not have wanted to be here if i was alone. other places close by but didnt have the loiterers.."
"We were a party of 9 and had 3 rooms and were all very pleased. The only down side was that we asked for rooms close to each other and they could not provide that, even though we asked a couple days in advanced. Such a large hotel could have at least put us on the same side and probably the same floor. Other than that the staff was kind, hotel was very clean and beautiful. We loved it and would definitely stay again next time we visit. "
"I really loved staying at this hotel, first time visiting the DMV, very friendly and helpful staff, the breakfast was great, rooms were clean and tip top shape, the shuttle was great, dropped off at Union Station and walked about 10 minutes to capital hill and started my sightseeing so it saved quite some time, close proximity to a lot of things whether it was a 10-15 mins drive or walking distance, the only thing I did not like was the parking was not very organized at all, instead of paying for parking with the hotel and them giving you something to put on your dashboard, you have to scan a QR Code and pay online which is fine but it looks like anyone can do that whether they stay there or not and on my first night parking lot was full I had to park on the ramp that lead up to the top level of the parking lot, that's something that they should fix, but other than that everything was perfect at this hotel and I would stay here again"
