« I stayed with my family for Labor Day weekend at this lovely and cozy property. It had everything we needed and was very clean. Warren, the host, was amazing and responded to all my questions in a timely manner. The location was great, and the beach was fantastic. For my birthday, I wanted a peaceful long weekend, and this place exceeded all my expectations. The night sky was so clear that we could see all the stars. I’m looking forward to repeating the experience! »

« We were so please with this home! The pool and pool area was amazing, with great privacy and tropical foliage all around. Communication with the homeowner was very easy. The home had everything we needed for our month long stay. The beds were comfortable, as was the living area. The location was perfect, central to the beaches and activities of Venice & Englewood. We would deffinetley stay there again if visiting Venice! »

« We came down to visit the family and go to the beach. The duplex was wonderful. It was quiet and had plenty of room for the two of us. The fenced backyard was great for our dog. It was super close to the beach as we only had to walk a block over and a block up, so it was great for morning and evening walks on the beach. The beach was not crowded at all. We had a great time and really enjoyed our stay. We will be sure to stay there again when we come back. »

« We had a great stay. Showed up right before tropical storm Debby. On Sunday Nick the owner texted us to be sure we were safe and everything with the house was ok. Thought that was incredibly thoughtful. And the following day he stopped by and cleaned up all the debris the storm left behind. House was very clean and updated . The outside pool area was a lot of fun. Pool was clean and heated. I would definitely stay again and hope to very soon »

« My husband and I Stayed 3 nights. Very clean apartment. Nice size refrigerator/freezer. Amazing shower! Appears very new. Queen bed is high but they have a small step stool to assist. We did not use stove, microwave or toaster over during our visit. One note: there are 17 stairs up to the apartment. When it is wet they puddle and are slippery. We had a couple of days that had very heavy rain and in the evening it wasn't very well lit. Personally, ti believe the sheets were microfiber and too...

« Even though beach access was a short walk 8 houses down it’s all private beach. The closest place to set up is Stump pass (which is also close) but if you get there after 7am there is no parking and you have to drive north to Blind Pass Beach. Overall was a great trip and would probably stay again. »
